January was a rough month for me; I had a pretty big foot injury that kept me from running and I ended up not doing a lot of physical movement.
Instead I focused myself on getting ahold of my eating habits and have been without Fast Food & Pop for 25 days. I’ve been without sweets for only 2 days, but I did have a streak of 10 days going on. It’s slow progress, but progress nonetheless.
I was down 4.6 pounds on Saturday but since then I have been working out and the scale only reads that I’m down 2 pounds for the entire month of January, but I know that it will soon reflect the hard work that I’m going to put in for February.
So, there it is; I’m excited to see where I’ll be after the new 28 days.

I wish I woulda taken photos when I started. Would be cool to have them so I could look back. I will be taking some going forward. 🙂
